About the role
We build sites that have to rank, convert and stay maintainable long after launch, which makes frontend work here closer to engineering than to templating. You will work in a modern Next.js App Router codebase with TypeScript and Tailwind, and you will be expected to care about Core Web Vitals, semantic markup and accessibility because those decisions directly affect whether our clients' sites perform. You will collaborate with designers and SEO strategists rather than receiving finished specs.
What you will do
- Build and ship features in a Next.js App Router codebase
- Hold the line on Core Web Vitals, accessibility and semantic HTML
- Turn design files into responsive interfaces that hold up on real devices
- Review teammates' pull requests and keep the shared components clean
What we are looking for
- 2+ years with React, and hands-on experience with Next.js
- Comfortable in TypeScript, not just JavaScript with types bolted on
- Solid CSS fundamentals: layout, responsive behaviour, and Tailwind in practice
- You can explain why a page is slow and then actually fix it
