What stops it from giving a customer the wrong answer?

It only answers from content you've approved, and it's built to hand off to a human the moment it's not confident - we test it against real customer questions before it ever goes live, not after.

Who actually pays for the AI usage?

You do, billed at cost through your own provider account - so it's fully transparent and never marked up. We give you a realistic monthly estimate during scoping, before you commit.

What happens if my needs fall between two plans?

They usually do. Tell us your budget and goals for AI Automation and we'll scope a plan around them, not the other way round - most clients end up on something adjusted from the standard tiers.

Can I see the price in my own currency?

Yes - use the currency selector above the plans to switch between INR, USD, AED, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, SGD and SAR. The number you see there is what goes on your quote, in your currency, before anything is signed.

Am I locked into a contract?

Monthly plans have no lock-in - cancel with 30 days' notice. Quarterly, 6-month and yearly plans are prepaid at a discount and suit teams who already know this is working for them.
