Sobre el puesto
You will lead SEO for a portfolio of retained clients, setting the strategy rather than executing someone else's checklist. That means diagnosing why a site underperforms, deciding what actually moves the needle, and being accountable for the traffic and pipeline that follow. You will work alongside content writers, developers and paid media specialists, and you will have direct contact with the clients whose growth you are responsible for. We care more about how you reason through an ambiguous ranking problem than how many certifications you hold.
Qué harás
- Own end-to-end SEO strategy for six to eight retained accounts
- Run technical audits and work with developers to get fixes shipped
- Build keyword and intent maps that inform the content roadmap
- Report on organic performance in terms of pipeline, not just rankings
- Mentor two to three junior specialists on the team
Qué buscamos
- 4+ years in SEO with at least one year owning client relationships
- Fluent with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog
- Able to read a rendered DOM and explain a crawl or indexation problem to a developer
- Track record you can talk through: what you changed, why, and what happened
